THURSDAY

Thursday Morning Walked to gym. Did body conditioning class. Lots of ab work at the end. Was so hard. Obviously I need to push myself harder when I do these on my own. Did spin bike on my own for 20 mins, walked home. 2 HOURS OF EXERCISE. IAMSOGOOD...IAMSOGOOD
Thursday Night Spin Class for 1 hour

Food
Meal 1 Power Yoghurt & strawberries & nuts
Meal 2 Sultanas, nuts & orange. 1/2 biscuit
Meal 3 Omlet & cheese & tomatoes
Meal 4 1/2 biscuit &coffee & apple & sultanas & nuts
Meal 5 Stew with lots of veges

deb, i see that youu are having alot of chokies after dinner and sweet things, try to cut them back, maybe to 5-6pm, you shouldnt go to bed with sugar in the belly as it does not help with the weight loss.
