Yep, it's that time again. Just about through December/January & once again I have put on 3kgs. I said I wouldn't drink.....like about 100 times during this period but did anyway.
The clean up will start on Monday but I'm going to put up some goals, ideas etc today today to get the enthusiasm started.
Goals I need to really focus on:
Drink less coffee
Drink more water
Drink NO alcohol
Eat less sweet treats
I might do what idiet does and put up a goal each week and stick to it for at least 1 week....and hopefully continue to carry it on.
I need a mantra, or a couple of them. For starters, why am I doing this. I want to look the best I possibly can. How can I keep focus? Think I will start me a challenge in February. I've been thinking everyone will have started in January so a Feb start might be ideal for me.
How can I get there? Staying Motivated, Focussed, Determined. I'm going to have to write that up where I can see it every day.
Recognising my downfalls. Tiredness. Need to focus on eating smart.
Training with the girls. Prepare their training so that it coincides with what I'm doing.
Unorginised. My worst trait. Make sure I go EVERY morning at 6am. No more stuffing around on the computer first thing. Take the time to go over programme & make changes if necessary BEFORE I get to the gym.
