Missed out on posting yesterday 'cause this computer wasn't playing the game.
Exercise : Walked dog for 20min 9am Gym with Avril HIIT on Xtrainer going from level 7-14
6PM Biceps/Triceps Had thought I would be doing more but ran out of time
doing 3 lots of 20reps is timeconsuming but works. Quite sore this morning.
Food: On track 3 coffees one of them being a Skinny Flat White.
Also had white bread again.....bad debbie
