SUNDAY'S REVIEW

The first week has come to an end & I am not impressed with myself.

Firstly NOT enough cardio by far though the weather had a bit to do with this. Did a spin class & a HIIT and that was about it. Pretty slack really. The weights went well. Still going through all the library books I took out & got thoroughly confused with what I wanted to do. Managed to muddle through anyway. Only went to the gym 5 days not 6 due to Australia Day

Food was sucky too. Tried to cut down on coffee but had a blow out on Friday that just continued on. Had chinese on Saturday night. I could have passed on that but didn't want to look completely food obsessed. Mainly ate all the veges & not much else. But still it was chinese & I'd already stuffed up with the apple pie. Had some more of that today too, but only abit this time so didn't feel quite so guilty when eating it, or sick afterwards.

Goals for this coming week:
Cut down on the coffee again.
Increase cardio. Get in some more swimming if it is too hot. Atleast 2 HIIT's this week
Eat mindfully.
Take photos on 1st February. Maybe that will help motivate me.
