TUESDAY

Hubby didn't have to get to work early today so was a bit of a sleep in this morning.
Had Sustain , 1/2 slice of bread & 2 cups of coffee not quite the breakky I was planning on.
Went to movies in morning so lots of sitting & no moving. I grabbed a peach for morning tea and then for lunch it was skinny flat white & !/2 savory muffin. It looked OK but half way through it started tasting really oily. Probably because of the amount of cheese. Won't be getting that again. Rest of eating was pretty good. Too much coffee again

2pm Did biceps & triceps with my sucky little weights. Started off with 5kg on concentration curls but ended up with 3kgs on last set and struggled with that! So sad. love doing triceps, don't know why, it never seems to make much difference.
5.30pm Tried out a new fat burning workout with the girls. It's a doozy. The girls kept moaning & stopping for a breather & water. I reckon I could get through it fairly quickly on my own. Anyway it had me sweating somewhat. I've stapled it to gym file so will be doing it alot.
