Hubby started late again today! Missed another morning of cardio!!! This has got to stop. Today has been spent shopping in Southport for just about everything. Spent 3 hours walking before I stopped for a Skinny Flat White. So walking is an exercise. ITM came to gym & we did that newworkout again. I thought it was TT holding us up but nooooo I think they work with each other to slow the whole workout down.
Food Little piece of toast, bit of Sustain cereal. MTea - SFWhite & sushi. No wonder I was hungry!
Got home & want on a bit of a rampage (naturally) but managed to get myself out of the house before it got too bad. Lets just say choco chip hot cross buns are gooooood. Only had power yoghurt, apricots & nuts for tea. Just wasn't hungry. & followed it up with a little chocolate & 3 walnuts...this is my new treat & equally bad for me. Do you see any vegetables in there & how much fruit...bad Debbie.
