MONDAY The start of a new week. Got on the scales first thing which is something I haven't done for some time 68.8kg eeeeeee! 3kgs to lose and that just takes me back to end of Nov. when I hit 66kg. I have 8.8kg to lose. Do not lose sight of the goal though it be a long long long ways off.
Still not 100% sure how I want to tackle the training. Will go over progress report again today & definately figure it out. Working it around Avril & Lisa is going to create problems but I'm gonna have to work this for ME first.
Food went well. Not going to waste my time journalling it. Will enter bad stuff. Trying to cut down on coffee. V.difficult.
Crap I ate today - 1/2 slice white bread & golden salad
This morning I did 45mins on Spin class. Feeling total crap possibly because of alcohol consumed last night also worst time of month to start any kind of exercise programme. But can't be helped. Even 45mins of half hearted spin is better than nothing. Lisa wants to do something around 9am.
9am Swim for 1/2 hour. Too hot for anything else.
7 pm Back workout. Need to get weights sorted.
Seated cable row 2x43 1x36
Bent over fly 2x3kg
Delt raise 2x10kg (bringing barbel up to stomach, squeezing shoulders)
weight assisted chinups. 55kg Had a bit of fun with these as I had no idea about weight. It does say start on your own weight but that was way too easy. ended up doing 55kg Will be doing them again. Definatelg good for both trapesium & shoulders.

I do half hearted spin as well - but I tell myself that it is good for me to train in my fat burning zone for a while (hope it works).
