So it's the start of March. I buggered up over Jan & Feb so this is the month to redeem myself. I've put pennys photo up the top there to remind me what I'm doing this for
Exercise: Up for 6am Bike Class.
Keks Killer Workout. Running, lunges, pop squats & crunches
Walk the Dog.
Food has been good so far:
Meal 1 Power Yoghurt
Meal 2 Power Shake
Meal 3 Tuna & Salad on Mtn Bread
Meal 4 Sushi (yumm)
Meal 5 Apple muffin with coffee (stuffed up already but it was only small)
Meal 6 Beef casserole with broccoli.
Meal 7 Orange
