TUESDAY

Exercise: Upper Body massacre. Gym Very busy. Had to swap & change quite abit.
Ran the stairs - W.assisted chin ups - shoulders with weights - crunches - push ups

Meal 1 coffee & muffin *blushes*
Meal 2 coffee & power yoghurt 1/2 apple
Meal 3 tuna & salad on mountain bread orange
Meal 4 coffee & muffin *they're good OK, and they are little* grapes
Meal 5 chicken & salad orange
