Wanted so badly to do Spin Class this morning but I have a family and apparently what I want to do goes right to the bottom of the list. By the time I could actually go to gym I had totally lost interest so I HAD A REST DAY TODAY

Meal 1 Apple & toast (because I thought I was spinning today Ha!)
Meal 2 Orange
Meal 3 Omlet & tomato
Meal 4 Something, something. coffee & orange I think
Meal 5 Not Burger & lots of veges

Destar - remember its time to get serious and dont touch those cookies if any one is cooking them, get your butt going girl, I am finally getting off mine. Where abouts in QLD do you live, we are moving up there in 2yrs time.
