Thursday Morning Slept in had cronic DOMS. Difficult to get out of bed.
Night HIIT on Xtrainer. Struggled, partly because of DOMS and more
probably because of crap diet today.
Food
Meal 1 Power Yoghurt 1/2 slice of toast 1/2 apple
Meal 2 Orange 1/2 ham, cheese & tomato sandwich. Meal 3 Apple Nuts sultanas 2 biscuits
Meal 4 Can't remember eating anything. probably a biscuit
Meal 5 Burrito
Drank not enough water maybe 1 1/2 litres max. 500 cups of coffee.
JC home all day & buggered up any routine I might have Plus must break TT arms if she starts cooking biscuits again
Gotta do better tomorrow. Body can't function properly on this crap. Plus forgot to take vitamins. Hope you get cramps tomorrow ....twit
