Wednesday Morning HIIT on Xtrainer wasn't as good as I wanted. The Xtrainers were all taken so I went on the Ski machine thingy for 20mins first so had worn myself out abit for HIIT.
Food
Meal 1 Power Yoghurt & apple
Meal 2 Orange, nuts & SFW
Meal 3 Pita Bread & Tuna & Salad
Meal 4 Nuts Sultanas & biscuit.
Meal 5 Yoghurt & biscuit & coffee
Yeah, yeah I know Meal 5 was a shambles. I really wasn't hungry at all and I forced down the yoghurt but the biscuit just jumped into my mouth. Damn TT for making more biscuits. I really need to break her arms
