Tuesday morning Lower Body Weights. Did some serious squats & lunges on Smith Machine. Heavier than I've attempted before & I got through it. Though not reall happy with the way my knees are reacting tonight.

Meal 1 Power Yoghurt
Meal 2 SFW coffee
Meal 3 SFW & scone - what can I say I went to the movies.
Meal 4 Orange & 3 walnuts
Meal 5 Chicken & a huge plate of veges to make up for the dismal diet of today
Meal 6 Coffee & 1 Lindor chocolate
