MONDAY & TUESDAY

MONDAY Did the Pedal/Pace class. Actually ran around the track for the first time since I've been at this gym, and made it all the way to the end. Was going to do cardio at night but life got in the way.

FOOD
A wise man said if you fail to plan you plan to fail. Does not bode well for me

Had yoghurt & powder for brekkie and added 1 slice of toast cause I was still hungry. Had a piece of chocolate to get rid of the last of it. Night was stressed & started to power eat but managed to stop myself in time. Only munched through slice of bread & apple.

TUESDAY MORNING Lower Body Workout
NIGHT Body Sculpt Class Lots of walking lunges with barbell and squats
and more running on the track, and shoulders.


FOOD
Not too good today. Went to movies Had a SFWhite at 10am and then one at 1pm with 1/2 a scone and jam and cream. Went home and ate a muffin that TT had made. Didn't eat the chocolates that friend gave me. Ate a big salad and chicken for dinner.
