afternoon Swimming 14 laps of pool

Food Meal 1 (before training) Apple
Meal 2 Power yoghurt 1 slice toast muffin oops!
Meal 3 Orange. nuts
Meal 4 SFW double shot coffee....can power on after this!!!!
Meal 5 Omlet with onions & tomato bit of chicken
Meal 5 Chicken and huge amount of salad
